How long until I receive my order?

The estimated timeframe for assembling, testing, and packaging your PC is between four and twelve business days on average. Typically, parts orders are shipped within one to three business days. DayTradingPCs provides an online order tracker, comparable to a food delivery tracker, that enables you to monitor the order's progression through each stage.


It is essential to note that the mentioned timeframes are estimates, and that there may be occasional delays due to supply chain issues, seasonal variations, or if your system requires additional attention during the quality assurance process..

ORDER STATUS LEGEND

  • ORDERED Order placed awaiting processing by our staff. Processing time is normally 24 Business Hours. If you ordered a pre-ordered item that is over 2 weeks out it will remain in this status until stock arrives.
  • ALLOCATION & QUEUE(Average 2-5 Business Days) A special component bin has been assigned to your order. The parts and custom materials needed for your system have been sent to be gathered/ordered and will be placed in your bin. Once all of the hardware is inside your component bin, it will proceed to the build queue & build.
  • BUILD (Average 1-4 Business Days) Your order has been picked and is either in our production queue or being hand-assembled. A dedicated DayTradingPCs Technical Engineer will carefully complete the requested customizations for your order. Your DayTradingPCs Technical Engineer has a passion for attention to detail & strives to build every system as if it was his own work of art. Your status will be updated once the build has been completed.
  • QA & TESTING(Average 1-3 Business Days) Your custom machine has successfully been built and is preparing for analysis and testing. The installation of the operating system, drivers/utilities, and any applications that are specific to the system you ordered is completed here. We will also install testing & benchmark utilities and burn-in software necessary to scrupulously monitor your system’s performance throughout our testing & burn-in process. Afterward, we perform a series of torturous tests that push the hardware components in your system to the very limit. This stage is especially important because it is in this process where the system either excels or fails. If it does fail, our DayTradingPCs technicians will identify any problems and resolve them before we ship your computer system. If the computer system still does not pass our tests, we will then rebuild it with a new batch of components. Your status will be updated once the stress testing, burn-in, and technical analysis have been completed.  

Do you offer Financing?

We have partnered with leading financiers to provide competitive finance rates of up to 0% interest (WAC). Buying a new PC can be expensive, but we have your back! What is your Refund / Return Policy?

DayTradingPCs provides a 30-day return policy from the day your system ships. Within this return policy, all returns are subject to a 15% re-stocking fee. In the unlikely event a system is received defective, the restocking fee will be waived if our return team validates the defective component once the item is received back. Shipping costs are always non-refundable.


All eligible returns must be within 30 days of the ship date, be in the same condition it was shipped in, and be in the original packaging. If you discarded the original packaging, please contact us to purchase packaging to be used for the return. Any damages from shipping due to using alternate packaging may result in additional fees and the return to be rejected.

To start a return please go to our automated return portal and set up the return. You will be prompted to purchase a discount return label for ease of use. Items returned without using our return portal will be sent back and will not be accepted.


Ensure you contact us immediately if there is any shipping damage or if there is anything wrong with your system. We will immediately work with you to resolve the situation. Any accessories or software that have been opened or activated and show signs of wear cannot be returned for any reason. Please contact us if you have any questions about these specific items.


If you are requesting a refund please allow 3-7 business days from receipt of your return for processing and for your credit card/bank to process the refund. You will receive updates when your return is received, processed and ultimately refunded.

What is your standard Warranty and do you offer extended Warranties?

All DayTradingPCs desktops computers come standard with a 5-year parts and labor warranty. Laptops come with 1-year parts and labor warranty. DayTradingPCs will repair or replace any defective hardware without any parts or labor charges as long as the parts have not been physically damaged or altered. For the first year, customers can utilize DayTradingPCs "Advanced Replacement" which DayTradingPCs will place a hold on the customer's card and advance ship the defective part. After the defective part arrives back we will release the hold on the credit card. In year two customers will need to first ship the suspected defective item to DayTradingPCs for testing & replacement. DayTradingPCs covers all shipping expenses in the first 60 days from the ship date unless the DayTradingPC's shipping warranty is purchased. Full warranty terms can be viewed here.


DayTradingPCs offers extended warranties of up to 4 years on Laptops. These extended warranties cover all parts and labor. In addition to parts and labor warranty extensions, there are also warranties for shipping on repairs. When both warranties are purchased all shipping to and from including any parts and labor are covered within the contiguous lower 48 United States.

Will my PC be ready to use out of the box?

DayTradingPC Technical Engineers fully install Windows and any hardware-specific applications during the quality assurance process. It is ready for you to use! In the unlikely event that you need assistance after receipt, our support team is a phone call or chat away. We use industry-leading remote assistance applications should we need to remote into your PC and assist with any questions or unlikely issues.

What is your cancellation policy?

Any customer may cancel without any charge or fee prior to shipment. If the order is already shipped you would need to submit a return request. We have a fully automated return portal that allows you to set up the return and print a return label. We recommend not opening the package to maintain the integrity of all packaging so it can be safely returned back to DayTradingPC. All returns for refund are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Any damages incurred to the system by mishandling or by not returning the system in its original packaging.

How can I make changes to my order?

If you placed your order and want to make changes to it, please contact us. The DayTradingPC Customer Service Team can help you with your changes and any payments or refunds. Please note that changes can add to the processing time of your order.
