I was very satisfied with the service. This laptop was bought to be my laptop for the 4 years that I am at college, so I knew that I wanted a laptop with some durability as well as power to make it still run games in 4 years. So I had plenty of questions for the sales reps. I had called twice, for about 30 minutes each time, and all of my questions were answered very knowledgeably and to my satisfaction. The machine I received exceeded my expectations, and for the cost, I am very happy with the buy.
